A Late Post

Hi Everyone,

I didn't get a post written this morning as I slept a bit late and had to get organized, ready, and out the door for a luncheon.  This is an army spouse luncheon that we have every month.  Today we had an ornament exchange as part of the program.  Everyone who brought one stood in a circle and a version of 'T was the Night Before Christmas was read.  This version had many "left" and "right" directions inserted into the text.  As either was read, we had to pass our ornament either left or right.  Anyway, when I opened the gift bag that I ended with, I discovered these two ornaments.

Can you believe my luck?!!!  I was so thrilled.  I think they were the only patriotic ornaments that were brought.  Usually I end up with something nice, but this was like winning the grand prize!

Hopefully I'll be back tomorrow with a longer post.

Have a great day,
JoAnne
